What are you having today?
Wouldn’t it be nice if they had baggies for our problems?
Like if you had too much anxiety and you didn’t have time for it, you could just put it in a bag for later.
Wondering if you turned off the oven?
Fearing your work presentation?
Worrying about your inevitable death?
That took a turn.
I have a lot of anxieties.
I can tell.
Wouldn’t that be cool though?
I guess so, when I think about it.
It would save me a lot of stress pain. I could portion out my anxiety the same as with food.
You don’t portion out your food though.
And if you don’t take the problem out of the bag, it will rot, just like food. Then you’ll have a bigger problem.
